The Definition of Resiliency

For defining Resiliency both in concept and in practice the two main concepts (The existence of challenge an
f9af34ee12b6303fd57e4311f853ae1a (2)d Tension, and Good result must be relied on. In other words, these two must necessarily exist in the definition of resiliency. The definition of resiliency without one of these two components won’t have the necessary integrity.
In addition to the two essential concepts of “strained conditions” and “good result” in achieving the definition of resiliency, three aspects of time- future, present and past must be considered.
When the resiliency has the countervailing role, the power of resiliency is in present time and when it prevents the injury and damage we see the use of effective power in future or Resilience prognostication and when the effectiveness of resiliency is used for recovery and rehabilitation after damage and injuries or trauma we really enjoyed the resiliency of past.
In this sense Resiliency is not limited to prevention, reaction and recovery and rehabilitation after trauma.
So far the two components (strained conditions, good result) and three aspects of time (present, past and future) were noted.
